Furdui’s children were taken by the Jugendamt on April 26, 2021. Almost seven months have passed since then and the German authorities still do not seem willing to reunite the family.

The Furdui family is a Romanian family that has been living in Germany for 9 years. The family has 7 children: David – 16 years old, Naomi – 14 years old, Esther – 13 years old, Natalia – 12 years old, Ruben – 11 years old, Albert – 9 years old and Lea – 1 year old).

Petru works in the field of installations and interior design, and Camelia is a housewife, dedicating all her time to caring for and raising children.

On April 26, 2021, the German state, through the child protection institution, Jugendamt, confiscated their children. At this moment, they are unjustifiably kept in two dormitories, and the little girl in a surrogate family.

The children expressed in various ways the desire to come home and be with their parents, but this is not taken into account.

After communicating a week ago that aunts and relatives were not allowed to see the children, as we expected, Jugendamt takes revenge on the children and increases the pressure on them. This shows how much they want the best for the children!

Forbidden to call home, forbidden to talk to relatives, forbidden to see anyone! Basically to break any connection with their family!

All Jugendamt actions, starting with taking the children from their parents and continuing with the procrastination and pressure it manifests in the Furdui family’s case, demonstrate to us once more that it does not act in the best interests of the child – the supreme standard of a Child Protection institution – and has a destructive agenda for the conservative family.

The relation between Jugendamt and Furdui’s children is more like the one between terrorists and their hostages. We are aware they will keep on making it harder for the children and parents as well, to further attack their relationship, but we must continue to expose, with God’s wisdom, their abuses until they give the children back to their parents.

We pray that God will give strength to the Furdui family to be stronger that Jugendamt.

David, Naomi, Estera, Natalia, Ruben, Albert and Lea, they deserve and need to be with their parents, Camelia and Petru Furdui.
